How do you charge for Routetitan?

We will charge you on the 1st of each month based on the plan and the number of vehicles you have subscribed to.

Absolutely not! You can enjoy your free trial without any commitment. You will not be charged until you add your payment method and confirm your subscription type in the dashboard.

Sure! You can change your plan at any time and subscribe to another plan to enjoy more features. You can also easily add or remove vehicles.

Absolutely not, you pay month to month for every plan without any hidden gimmicks.

As many vehicles as you use at the same time. If you have 5 vehicles on the road at the same time and day, you need to subscribe to 5 vehicles.

You’re free to add or remove vehicles at any time. The amount you’re charged will update automatically to reflect the changes you make. You’ll only be charged on a prorated basis for any changes, so you’re free to add/remove vehicles mid way through the month too.

You’re not! You can add as many drivers to your team as you want. Pricing only scales with the number of vehicles you add to your team, all other roles are included for free.

Currently, we do not offer yearly price plans.

For payment processing, we use Stripe. You can pay for your subscription using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Additionally, companies based in the Eurozone can pay by SEPA Direct Debit.

You can be up and running in a few minutes. If you are planning to integrate with our API, it can take a few days to a few weeks, depending on the complexity of your integration and business needs.

Do you want to adjust your route even after we have optimized the routes for you? Not a problem! You can change and reoptimize routes as much as you want before your drivers start their routes. If you are on our Business plan, you can even edit and re-publish updated routes to your drivers while they’re on the road!

Our software can be used worldwide. However, as we use map data from sources such as Google Maps and OpenStreetMap in order to locate addresses, there can be some limitations depending on the country you are in. The best way to check this is to sign up for a free trial account and create a (test) route.
